When you stay at Long View, there's no need to go out for a meal. Forget about a regular restaurant—we’ve got something way cooler! You can hire our awesome Chef Haley to whip up your meals right here. She’ll take care of all your cravings and make sure you’re more than satisfied!
HOW IT WORKS
You can easily book a dinner using our online reservation system, where you can select from Chef Haley's menu. Make sure to choose a time that suits you for dinner service when making your reservation. Please note that all prices listed are for a single person, so be sure to make a separate selection for everyone dining in your party.

If the online system is too much, no worries! You can contact the Chef directly at 828-215-8394. Text is best, and she can discuss everything she needs to know to get your dinner selections set properly.

It's good to know that Chef Haley is only here when demand is high - otherwise she leaves a limited menu available for staff to prepare. So if you want the full experience, it's good to book a meal when making your reservation to make sure she knows you're planning on dining with us.​​

A Few Rules​
We're excited to announce that our booking system now includes dining reservations! However, please bear with us as we work through a few minor glitches. Our ordering system may seem a little odd, but trust us, our food will more than make up for it! Just make your individual selection and dining time for each person dining in your group and we'll handle the rest!
Here's the way to do it:
- Select "Guest One Selections" first.
- Make sure the number of adults is set to"1" and then choose your preferred menu selection.
- Choose your dining time and add to your selection to your cart. Once you do this, you'll be returned to the main menu page.
- Repeat the process for each person dining in your group, using Guest Two Selections, then Guest Three and so on until everyone's selections have been captured in the cart. Be sure to choose the same dining time for each person in your group so you'll be served at the same time.
​And if you'd like to add meals once you get here, be sure to get your order in before 3pm each day so the Chef has ample time to prepare your in-house order for you.
